| Bio: | (Ah, bollocks. Better write something here, now that people who didn't know me before are visiting.)
This LJ started as a way of keeping track of some friends and acquaintances that I like from an old haunting ground (the SPF). Old friends from another online community that I've been a part of for a long time (Igormud) keep popping up. A few others from eclectic sources have been added.
My background is Psychology, including a few years' postgraduate research on the evolutionary sociobiology of human mate selection. Some might say this knowledge has warped my already quite strange view of relationships, to the stage where my interaction with attractive women tends to be a mixture of Chandleresque wisecracking and Joeylike "How -you- doin'?", coupled with a strike rate significantly worse than Ross Geller's. In analysing their and my own words and actions, I attempt to understand what it's all about.
Well, it keeps me entertained - and that, really, is the point :D
